Andrew Tokley KC specialises in appellate work and in advising on complex matters. Having appeared on about 80 occasions in the High Court of Australia, in total Andrew Tokely KC has over 1,000 court appearances across all Australian jurisdictions as well as appearing in Fiji.
With notable successes in administrative, constitutional, criminal, property and trust cases in the High Court and in intermediate courts of appeal, his depth of experience is appreciated.
He was appointed a Senior Counsel in 2012 and QC in 2019. In 2020, Andrew Tokley KC was Senior Counsel assisting the Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements in Canberra. In addition, Andrew Tokley KC has presented numerous papers across a broad range of legal subjects.
